Across green Alpine meadows, through romantic heath and bright pine forests – hiking on the Niederhorn provides countless moments of happiness and singular experiences of nature. And, at almost any time of year, there are ibex and chamois going about along the hiking trail. We have actually won a gold medal in the area: the route from the Niederhorn to the Gemmenalphorn has been distinguished with such a medal for being the most scenic hiking trail in Switzerland.
